Beautiful Manoir dinnerware

Came in a really nice Villeroy and Boch box inside the packing box, well-packed. Dishes are beautiful. Love the simple style of this collection. Very faint flaw on one plate, but not going to worry about it. Very happy with dishes and great price.

18 piece Dish set

The set is pretty... but one damaged plate and three plates that do not have glaze on the back. I called customer service they told me to keep the entire set rather than send it back. They refunded my money now they want me to bring the set to the store. Why can't I just get replacement plates? Poor customer service. They do not answer emails. Have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at Macy's customer service. Now I have a 12 to 17 minute wait. They tell me to keep it now they are going to charge me again. The worst customer service!

275 years in production. German Porcelain. Perfect

These dishes go with any occasion. Always look so beautiful. I keep adding pieces and use them all. They have been in production since 1750’s.

Manoir 18 piece dinnerware

These dishes are understated beautiful! I am using them as my everyday dinnerware but they can easily be used for formal settings. The color is not a bright white nor a cream but somewhere in between; a tinted white perhaps? Also great is that you do not get a full place setting that would include cups and saucers. I love this Manoir set and will be using it for years!
