Tan vase

My vase is completely tan. Do not buy unless you want an expensive solid tan vase. Returning!

Beautiful mugs, horrible service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mugs are very beautiful, and the perfect size. Unfortunately two were defective. We wanted them replaced. We originally bought them on sale using gift cards from our wedding. Owing to some technical glitch in the Bloomingdale’s system, we could not simply return them but instead had to refund the originals and then buy new ones… at full price as the sale had ended. After much negotiating it was agreed that the original sale price would be honored but only for that day. So new ones were purchased. The refund however was then issued to a gift card. So we now have a gift card for a small, odd amount and had to pay for the replacements. Even Amazon can pull off better service than this. Bloomingdale’s was an icon. This is a shambles.

Ordered the Villeroy & Boch in grey. Unfortunately, received blue. Box was damaged fortunately item wasn’t.

Beautiful

This vase is beautiful. White and grey blue color. The finish is smooth and satin-y. Good weight. It was a gift to a family member and she loved it.
