great for serving, too.
I know this is a dinner plate, but I bought it to use it as a serving plate for family dinners (grilled fish, or vegetable), and it works perfectly.

love the plates
My order came in on time but unfortunately 3 were broken so they had to be re[placed. I was looking forward to using them this weekend for small party at home so I guess I'll use other plates. But the customer service rep who helped me was really really nice.

lovely to look at but awkward edge design
I was drawn to the noncircular design and stocked two homes with both the dinner coupes and the gourmet plates. Yes, they look great but be aware that you must be very conscious of how you rest your utensils on the edge of the plate or you will be constantly struggling to keep them from rotating off the plate and into your lap or onto the carpet. It's unfortunate and we have the stains to support our observation. Stick with the standard rounds!
