Beautiful and Unique

Beautiful and very unique. I enjoy having my herbal tea and hot lemon drink in this beautiful glass mug. The only thing though is the handle is a bit thicker than I would l care for.

New Wave I was just adding to my set, which I love

The customer service is exemplary, considering the products come from the USA. Canada Post, for a change, was actually ok, and delivered to my door, that’s amazing. The New Wave products are timeless, love the quality and design. My set is over 15 years old and still looks fabulous and modern. I had some New Wave goblets, every single cup chipped because of the design, the company’s decision was to discontinue the line rather than rebate it’s customers. Regardless, the company and products are exceptional.

Beautiful

I purchased 2 of these at the outlet in Kittery before it closed, 2/22/20, knowing that they're seriously uncomfortable to hold, with the shape of the handle, and, even on clearance, they were expensive. However, my tea tastes better in glass, and the shape was great over the summer to sip iced tea with a straw or hot tea once the a/c got to me. This is why I gave it 3 stars, instead of fewer. This morning, though, sliding the handle on to take to work, the glass cracked all the way around. This should not have happened after 9 months of weekly use (on rotation with 7 other glass mugs). I would love to be able to post pics with reviews for illustrative purposes.

Looks amazing

The glass is really nice to look at, very presentable and impressive. One minor minus is that it is quite difficult to hold in your hand. Love the looks, but need to be extra careful when I have a hot coffee in it.
