Poor packaging, beautiful glasses.

Beautiful glasses but one box arrived with cracked glasses. Shipping box was too big and not enough packing to insulated the glasses properly.

One carton ( of 4 Villroy and Boch glasses) were shipped to me damaged. They were not professionally wrapped and the box was torn.
