Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Featuring nonstick made without PFOA, each piece is coated with three layers of durable nonstick coating to ensure maximum release and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The Saucepan features interior measurement markings for accurate additional and reduction of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Best nonstick set

I've used other types of cookware in the past, but this is the best set I have ever owned. This set is totally well worth the money and cooking/cleanup is just excellent!

I've been using this set over a year. The pots and pans are heavy and the lids fit well. I like the measurements in the pots, they actually haven't faded or come off. They are very nonstick and tend to cook evenly. The bad part is that the pans tend to hold grease. You can go over the grease and it doesn't come off. It's that sticky feeling pans get. They also scratch easily. It doesn't really affect the nonstick but it's unattractive. I've also noticed the handles turn brown around the bottom, maybe from the heat.
