Viking Anodized Roasterv with Rack can't go wrong.

After researching I choose Viking because it was onsale and this one will last me a hundred years, and pretty sure this will last me that time. It's super shiny and heavy duty built. The bonus carving set is a great set and the quality is second to none.

Dimensions described on Macy's are not accurate. The roaster is smaller, but I still kept it, works well for me.

I love Viking products

This pan definitely lived up to its name. Ordered it to cook my first ever Turkey. It turned out beautifully, and there was plenty of room for a 15lb bird. Nothing stuck, easy to clean and the binus knives cut through everything with no issues.
