Induction cooktop, blue ribbon

I purchased a new induction oven several months ago. I’ve gone through a couple different types of pain trying to find the right fit. I purchased a new induction oven several months ago. I’ve gone through a couple different types of pain trying to find the right fit. Most companies called their induction pans compatible because they’ve glued an extra piece of steel on the bottom which frankly screws with the pan and the heat element. Vikings pan is amazing. It’s all cast in one piece Produces even heat distribution throughout the cooking surface. Now that I finally found cookware that works amazing I’m gonna buy the whole collection

Good Construction Perfect Size

Construction seems to be good. It seems very solid. We cook a lot of pasta in our home and so this pan is the perfect size for making the sauces, frying up veggies, and saucing up the pasta in the pan.
