Never received my order!

I received congirmation and shipping email however tracking number only showed that the order was being processed. USPS indicated package was never received. Customer support (a bot) told me package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but I have received nothing. Now they say I need to wait up to 11 days while they review my claim. Not happy!!!
