By far the best Sauce Pan I've ever used!

I absolutely love this Sauce Pan! I've been wanting to move away from non-stick for years and have finally made the jump. I must admit that I was worried about cooking on this surface, but I followed the seasoning instructions and the non-stick properties worked perfectly. There is a peace-of-mind knowing that I'm cooking with safe materials. In addition, the quality of this pan is obvious with its solid construction and good weight. The pan looks great too, with its stainless-steel exterior and beautiful deep blue titanium cooking surface.

Gorgeous and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great saucepan. When I opened this product, I was delighted to see the pot itself is very pretty. I followed the instructions on how to season the pot to ensure it was non-stick. This process was very easy and worth taking the time. I have used this pot now for several months and it's a great product. It distributes heat evenly with a very low flame. This is my go-to pot.

Great for sauces and sauté

This is my go to pan for reducing sauces and making sautéing. It gives great performance at low and medium low heat, the heat distribution makes it seem like you’re cooking at much higher heat. Just follow the directions and it’s really easy to clean and maintain.
