Viking pan

I'm elderly and this pan was just to heavy for me. Very nice pan, but I returned it because I could not use it.

The Perfect Sear!

This pan is legit the best frying pan I have ever used. Living in an apartment without access to a grill, I have always been on the lookout for a pan that can deliver that perfect sear on my meats and his frying pan has exceeded all my expectations and more. I strongly believe that everyone needs this pab in their kitchen. It heats up quickly and evenly and it sears meat beautifully. What I love about this even more is that I can use forks and metal spatulas to stir and flip my food without worrying that it's scratching the pan. It's truly perfect.

Non-Stick - Safe + Simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to stay away from non-stick. I decided to try this pan after careful consideration as I wanted to make sure it was safe for my family. I am so glad that I did. This pan cooks evening and is the perfect size for my family of four. This is the easiest pan to clean too! I would give it a try if you want simple and easy in your kitchen. I mean... how has the time to cook anymore? So let's keep it simple.

Cool, and works very well

First, it’s cool. Normally I don’t care about that kind of thing and just care about performance, but it is cool. I have gone pretty hard on this pan and it has held up and given consistent good performance. The heat distribution makes lower medium heat all you need to get results you would normally need higher heat for. I like the low maintenance clean up.
