Great pan

We love it. Nice solid piece pop cast iron.

Victoria 8" cast iron skillet

First use, cooking bacon. I had performed the seasoning process. The pan has some bacon residue stuck on it that did not come clean when washed with a mild, Dawn, dish detergent. I am going to perform another seasoning process to see if that will help loosen the residue. Overall, the pan is lighter in weight than other cast iron pans. It has a relatively smooth cooking surface.

This Pat I used one time and the material was so gross after brown stain was coming out, I can’t cook in something like this can poison me. Don’t buy this I wish I can post pictures which I have
