Non -Delivery if package

Never received, says del but never received. Emailed customer service and they never responded, I asked fir a replacement or a refund d and still no response.

Runs very small

This is a beautiful jacket! I ordered an XL and the sizing is way off. Unfortunately it was too small and I will be returning it.

Nice but runs small

Very nice jacket but it runs small. When I went to customer service at the store to return it, I was told this seller is a 3rd party company and it’s not a Macys item. I had to call Macys customer service in order to get the item reordered in the larger size (at the original sale price).

Perfect

This jacket is awesome! It looks better than the picture I would like to buy all colors ! It’s not a heavy jacket it is exactly what I was looking for ! I have a Micheal Kors jacket it is nice too but it is so thick and heavy ! But this jacket is perfect! If you buy it I don’t think you will regret it ! I got an xL I’m 155lbs an am about 5ft tall it’s perfect but I carry all my weight in my stomach!
