I purchased this watch for myself as a Christmas gift When I opened the box the watch was huge. Did not look like the one on the model. The watch falls down to mid hand. I contacted Macys and the agent did a claim. Which I did not initiate. Did not know it even existed. The agent told me I would get an email from them. Well I got the email denying the claim. I called Macys and was told they were not going to accept the return of the watch and if I returned it, they will not refund me. They told me that I had to many aliases. What were they talking about. The rep said our decision is final. I reported this to BBB and Macys corporate office. I feel like a criminal. Waiting in the outcome from corporate. .
