What a mess!!

The Versace frames I ordered were pretty. Arriving they didnt fit my face and I noticed on the plastic bag that the size was 54 which was not provided in the purchase. Tried to return, but Macy's in Silverdale, Wa said they had to be returned to the vendor. Who is the vendor?? On the page on Macey's Web site it says they can be returned to vendor OR any Macy's store. The glasses were delivered with the wrong case (Gucci) instead of Versace, which I didnt notice until the store clerk pointed it out. What a mess! How can this be resolved??? I dont think I did anything wrong here, just wanted a pair of fitted frames.
