Bad shipment

I was very disappointed about the delivery I had paid for express shipment and the merchandise did not showed up for the event that I wanted to attend still after a couple of days still no show In which I had returned the shades before they arrived at the destination

Not case just a box

After paying hundreds of dollars for a pair of designer sunglasses. I would expect them to come with a Versace case and not just a box. Very upset. Especially since they are a gift.
