Sizing is way off

I ordered a size small and the coat looks like an XL. The dimensions are off and everything is way too wide and bulky. I had high hopes since it looks nice in the pictures but unfortunately I will be returning this.

Nice material but even an xsmall is still big for me. I’m usually a small but this fits big snd oversized.
