I bought this for my daughter as a shower gift and she really liked it. She did have to steam it because it comes in a airtight bag.

Lowest Quality Product

I'd give it zero stars if it were an option. This is a terrible product in every way. The fabric is a cheap flimsy synthetic, the pillow came with a brown stain across it that looks like a burn from an iron, it came shrink wrapped and will never poof up, there was a sticky film on my hands from the wrapping when I unwrapped it... It's a horrible product and I have to return it right now. I wouldn't keep it for free. Not up to Macy's standards at all.
