Very sad as this item is taking longer than normal to arrive. It was a Birthday gift purchased Feb 7th and today is the 19th.

Gift for daughter bought 12/15/2023 never left CA

I purchased 12/15/2023 for one of my daughter’s Christmas gifts. Never received, shipment indicated it was 2 boxes, never received the 2 of 2; order info shows Delivered but UPS tracking continues to say awaiting pickup - since 12/15/2033 - never updated and of course, the only item I purchased as a gift the entire season that was not received, and no longer available - ANYWHERE. I kept hoping but sadly I realize it must be lost or should never have been issued a tracking # as it may have been out of stocked at Lovery’s California D.C. in the first place. I struck out trying to call or email them. Got a jewelry company, who very kindly let me know I emailed the wrong company. Called the phone # that was listed somewhere as their contact number and got another random company. Spent way too much time on this but I had been eyeing it for a while, missed ordering for her Birthday in - Oct 2022 AND 2023. I guess it’s not meant to be. I think though, she would have absolutely loved it!

the tray is fabulous

the tray is great quality but the bath bombs I can't really smell and didn't dissolve very well.

I'm in love. After a long day at work this is just what I need. Love the look and the fragrances. Very nicely packaged. Will be buying at least 2 more when they go back on sale for family members. A perfect setup!!
