love these

great pants fit well I would say go a size down because the flex waist is forgiving. length was the only issue for me 30 l is a tiny but short especially when u sit down but 32l gathers a bit too much and looks messy. all in all great fit

comfy dress pants for semi or formal events

I go by waist size of 38 but my thighs are pretty thin. Lot of dress pants off the rack tend to be lot baggier around my thighs but this slim fit pants works great as it hugs my legs and not feeling that baggy look on the legs. The waist feels very comfortable for 38 with plenty of space to tuck shirts in. I would have to say that belt is a must. The fabric feels quite cool to the skin which is perfect down here in FL. Overall a great sale buy

Fits Perfect

This are the most comfortable dress pants iI ever owned, ordered 1 pair to try it out and ordered 2 more. If you gain a couple of pounds around your waist it will still fit perfectly because of the flex strech waist band. Very happy with this purchase.
