I suspected these were sateen based on the price, but most manufacturers disclose this in the description…indeed upon arrival - They are not soft, they are thick and stiff…not what you expect with the 1000 thread count claim - going back

Great High-Quality Sheets!
These sheets are the perfect addition to our all-white bedding. They are certainly higher quality and stay on our adjustable king bed better than any of our other sheet sets. They were not as silky to the touch as I expected for 1000 thread count but they are very soft for sleeping on – I am sold and highly recommended!

Excellent
This product is strong , and comfortable, I sweat a bit and it keeps me from getting warm. I love the fact it fits perfectly on my bed with it not rolling up with a strong elastic stretch. The whole set fits with no problems . After washing it didn't have any problems or pulls.

The quality of the sheets was far better than expected. They have a silky feeling like sheets from a high end hotel. Kept me cool. I hope they come in different colors.
