Works great 👍

These were recommended by my doula while I was pumping for an extended period while my baby was in the NICU, and after while transitioning back to the breast. I honestly felt like I had more supply while initially using some leftover milk thistle capsules I had, and drinking tea made with fennel seeds and fenugreek from the spice section at the store. But if you want the convenience of having it all in one capsule, these work just fine and I love that they’re organic.
