Don’t do it

Advertised as a cream color- more like sage/puke green. Also the middle support beam was semi-broken pretty much immediately, now completely broken less than 6 months later. The whole mattress now sags in the middle

Color is very subjective and also depends heavily on lighting. The best reference for the color is in the photos in the listing, but it could look a little different in your home based on the natural and artificial light it is in.

Poor item inspection

Making sure all the holes from the bed frame have the thread done. I tried returning my order but I won’t get the shipping amount I paid back! Not fair

WORST BEDFRAME EVER

cheapest bed frame. broke after first week. no bed frame supports. the bed is caving in. we’ve spent more money fixing it than what it’s worth. the head board snapped.

Cannot be assembled. Holes drilled in wrong place!

The 4 holes drilled into each Side support piece are in reverse of what they should be. As such only way to assemble is with the side supports upside down which won’t work. Unacceptable that Macys would sell an item with a defect like this. The only other review I see is me timing the exact same issue! Fix this and send me the right pieces!

The bed frame came from the factory put together incorrectly. The side rails were assembled at the top not the bottom preventing us from assembling the rest of the bed.
