Pendant far to small

This is to be a Christmas gift for a friend who loves Snoopy. I am disappointed that it is so small. I thought it was much larger, It is hard to tell what it is without being right on top of it. That is the only problem I have with it.

Shipping is a ripoff

Shipping cost for a very small item was very expensive. I should have been charged 5.00 at the most, instead I was charged 10.99. The item I purchased was a necklace with a charm of Snoopy. The image provided was much larger than what was actually received. The charm was so miniscule, you can hardly make out the heart on top. I returned it. I was disappointed that I wasted 10.99 on shipping for an item that was not clearly described.
