I never received this cross necklace ordered March 5, 2024!! I called and it was reordered and due for March 27, 2024. Paid for it and no cross necklace as of today, April 3, 2024. Went to the carrier they show item in process of delivery. I am very dissatisfied with this situation all I'm getting is a run around. I ordered a few more items after this. I hope I get them. As a Macy Platinum card holder, I would expect more. Thank You
