Not worth it

Looked very pretty in the picture however when I received it, it looked very cheap. I told my husband I needed to find a different one for a gift for a friend, and he said I wasn’t going to say anything but this item looks cheap.

Lack of Staff

I approached the associate and told her that I had an item to pick up. She responded that she was currently attending to another customer and could not help me at the moment. I asked if she could at least inform the other customer that I needed assistance and see if they could help me for a few minutes. However, she simply stated that she was busy with another customer. Frustrated, I said out loud that I was no longer interested in getting the item and left.
