Nice but misleading sewn through baffle boxes.

This is a decent comforter, with more feathers than down. It isn't "Sewn-through double needle stitch construction to prevent shifting..." as advertised in the description. I was able to shift the feathers/down from one baffle box to the adjacent one by shaking it. I can also feel the 1-2 inch opening which allows the feathers/down to move between baffle boxes. Looks nice but I'm looking for true sewn-through boxes that don't allow shifting. This comforter allows the feathers/down to shift baffle boxes, unfortunately.

Worth it

This comforter is well worth the sale price. Very nice weight for winter and summer. Top quality material. I would give five stars if it weren’t for the thin gold trim on the edge. It’s not very noticeable just I would prefer solid white.

Lux vibe

I love my new comforter. It reminds me of beautiful hotel comforters . I was able to wash it, and the comforter stayed in tact. It does come out wrinkled, but you can steam or iron it to make it wrinkle free, it does keep you warm as well. I’m very happy with my purchase!

delayed in shipping

I ordered this item on October 15, and today is Nov 3, the item has still not been received. Called customer service they said it has still not been shipped out. I requested for credit refund.

When will my order arrive?

I ordered this item on Oct 15th, today is Nov 1st, it hasn’t arrived yet. I called Macy customer service several times, I was promised to get call back or to receive the item in 2 business days… but never happened. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
