I did not find that these pillows gave me medium support. They pretty much went flat when I laid my head on them.

Cheaply made - noisy and hard.

Disappointed in the poor quality. It felt like the pillows were stuffed with more quills than feathers by far. When you lay your head on them they crackle like your head is laying on a bag of plastic combs. Not fluffy at all - they feel hard and uncomfortable. I returned them.
