Worst experience ever
I ordered these pillows online. They arrived in a small box, tightly rolled in plastic. I opened one, which expanded quickly but was very lumpy. Because the pillows come so tightly rolled, I could only fit the pillow partially back in the plastic packaging, so I decided to return it to my local Macys. The sales manager was extremely rude about the return, stating that the opened pillow was “unsellable” and “damaged” because it was not in its original packaging. She repeatedly made statements about the pillow being “damaged” and that they “couldn’t put it on the floor” while picking at imaginary lint on it. I told her that, unfortunately, I had to open the one pillow to assess them but that I hadn’t used it. After 10 minutes of me standing there and her hemming and hawing, she finally allowed the return but only after making sure I was sufficiently chastised in front of the other customers and sales associates for returning the “damaged” pillow. Worst customer service experience ever.
Disappointed
These are not medium. I spent extra to get some decent pillows. Not worth the money. I’ll pay more if I know I’ll get something good. Seems these days quality packs with most companies.
So Comfortable!
After sleeping on these pillows for months I can say that I 100% recommend. I am a side, stomach, and back sleeper and need a flatter pillow with a little neck support. This pillow suits all of my needs. When you are not using, it fluffs up well and maintains shape, it also has a nice weight to it. When using, you sink into it , it flattens out but maintains softness and support. We all have different needs, but for me, this pillow is great. Hopefully my review helps in making your decision.
