Selected these bc similar and preferred pants were sold out. The fit was good and he liked the zippers at ankles which made them easier to put on. The material was lighter than wished and the pickets were not zippered as another design previously purchased.
Online purchase
First time using the online option at Macy's and it was a horrible experience. I was instructed by the online chat person to proceed to the designated store and pick up my item upon arrival. Store management took roughly an hour to find the item because it was not processed through the system although the online chat person told me to go to the store to pick it up. This will be or was the first and last time that I will use Macy's online. For any of my purchases.
