This sports bra is not supportive at ALL. The straps are adjustable and when you run the straps loosen and it becomes very unsupportive. My regular bra size is a 32C and this was my experince. If you are a runner and have breast on the bigger size I do NOT recommened this sports bra. Not only do the straps loosen when you run, if you wear the sports bra day after day it will give you a rash near your neck is and your upper shoulders where the straps sit. The straps even manged to brake my skin.

Only sports bra I trust for my 34Fs for 9 years now
I order the 34 DD, while traditionally I wear a 34DDD or 34F in a regular bra. I cross the straps for more support. I clasp it then slip it over my head and then pull them up and in. So don't be discouraged if the bra seems small at first. This bra works so well at keeping them from bouncing I've run literally a marathon and multiple half marathons in them. I used to have pain in my shoulders after a run from other sports bras not holding them tight enough, but no such pain with this bra. I exercise 3 times a week, and I can tell when the bra is getting looser at around a year, which I think is a fantastic amount of time to get out of a high impact bra! So then I just mark the tag with Y and use those ones for yoga, and buy new ones to run.

The product fabric is comfortable
I brought a 36dd which I normally wear & it was too big In theCup & band. The fabric is nice. With my cup size the little padding isn’t needed but not bad.

Perfect bra!
This sport bra is amazing. I bought the 36DD and fits perfectly and provides max support. It's so comfortable that I wore it to work all day. It doesn't squeeze my breast together, while giving support. I purchased at outlet for cheaper price, but with this support it's definitely worth the price point.

Excellent Purchase for High Impact
For a 32DD, this bra did not disappoint. I bought three bras and cycle through them each week for a high impact workout with treadmill, rowing, and weights. Great fit, no bouncing, and wicks away the sweat. I wish it was available in other colors, but the performance makes up for the boring color choice.

BEST HIGH IMPACT SPORT BRA!
I work out about 4-5 days a week and I bought 2 of this. I tried to find the best sport bra (at least a great one) for HIGH IMPACT so my breast not bounce a lot while working out. I went to aerobic class and running with these sport bras. Omg! LOVE IT! It supports my breast very well. The band is strong and fabric is great. I will definitely buy at least 5 more since I work out a lot. One of THE BEST SPORT BRAS! Please offer more colors lol :-) I will buy it anyway :)

Order a size up
I ordered a 34B and found it was surprising tight in the band. I measured the band - 27.5". I'll try exchanging for a larger size. Wish they measured their own products correctly.
