So cute!

I bought this a few months ago from the same vendor but a different retailer since Macy’s didn’t have it yet and I absolutely love it. I use it at work every day for my morning coffee and alternate between the two included adorable, albeit small mugs. It also comes with its own little basket filter that’s washable and reusable. If you love coffee and Hello Kitty, you’ll love this too!

Horrible Customer Service

I never receive my package, it’s been 1 whole month, customer service kept tossing me around and telling me to keep waiting. I contacted them more than 5 times, they kept telling me that someone will get in touch with me, but they never do. I never receive a replacement or a refund.
