Received a used unit.

I am beyond disappointed in Macys. I purchased this Smart Indoor Air Quality Sensor and it came to me used. Clearly, someone received it, opened it (the plastic closure was torn, the cardboard within the box holding the unit was torn). I called and they will be sending a NEW one after the re-order is approved. Meanwhile, I need to go out of my way and return the product to a UPS store. Macy's should know better, if something is returned to your store, return it to the manufacturer. How is one to know if the unit is broken or not? and that is why it was returned to begin with...
