True to size

I ordered the brown Wedge a hold size bigger after reading the reviews and it was too big I returned them and I reordered the black pair on my original size 7 and it fit perfectly but the shoe looked dirty and used not sure if it was the floor sample. Very disappointed with my shipment.

Design

Toe strap is too lose. I wanted to love it but, it's a weird fit. The bow is made of an itchy fabric as well.

UGG ZOE Leather COMFORT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the brown first and they are super comfortable so I got the gold too. They fit true to size and does not rub at the back or toes. Very sleek finish. Can be styled with just about everything.

Satisfied

I bought these sandals in gold & chestnut. These sandals are the best for walking & shopping. These sandals are exactly what I'm looking for, they are light, comfy, beautiful & stable. I loved it. The only problem is it's a little bit wider for me.

Cute but Not comfortable

Very cute shoe but very uncomfortable due to the arch. Sad to say that I will be returning them.

Shoes already used

Most of the time I had a good experience when I buy online. Unfortomaly I can't say the same this time. The shoes were already used and dirty. With the pandemic situation, I feel MACYS is not taking seriously about the hygiene guidelines.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I haven’t had a chance to wear these yet, as I’m still sheltered in place. But the felt great when I tried them on and they’re cute. Hopefully they’ll be comfortable enough to walk around the post apocalyptic world.

Wanted to love it

Great looking shoe but the footbed was so narrow my foot didn't fit in it. I don't have a very wide foot.
