Snug fit has to return as the zipper is hard to pull up. The shoe is comfortable but runs small

love these boots

I wasn't sure about these boots after reading all the reviews about the zippers and the sizing, but I've had zero issues with the zippers so far and I ordered my normal size and they fit great. My only complaint is when these boots were delivered i opened the box and you can tell they were returned and/or tried on they weren't covered with the paper like they usually are it was bunched up underneath the boots.
