Says one thing but...

Says one thing but you get another. The description never mentions that the trim is acrylic, in fact it says that it's shearling. Only the inside of the footbed is actual shearling. The boot is not like 'real' UGGs, so it's hard to get your foot inside. I will assume NOT to buy UGGs at Macy's unless UGG has lowered their quality.

Cannot even get your foot into the boot!

I loved the boot, and was excited about the low price! But when I received it, I couldn't even get my foot into the boot! I know that the size 6 would have fit, as I have other UGGs of this size, but the opening didn't allow my foot to slip in and believe me...I tried!

Could not even get the boots on my feet. If you have a high arch, these boots are not for you

Felt cheap

The price was great, but the Ugg boot looked and felt cheaply made. It was not worth the money to pay for the name. This item we returned

Super comfortable

I bought my usual size but they seemed a tiny bit big but the next size down was too small They fit just fine though and they are warm and very comfortable

not an official Ugg...cheap materials...no sheepkin. Must be counterfeit becuz it sure looks and feels like it...didn't even have to try it on

It was Christmas present for my oldest daughter....it was the perfect boot for the perfect price....it was worth every dime.
