Wrong color came in, otherwise good service

The boots themselves are lovely, but I was sent the wrong color. I returned them immediately and since they were sold out, I was unable to get a new pair from Macy's. I got a refund instead and the woman at the customer service desk was lovely and that is the only reason I am giving more than one star, she was super helpful and went above & beyond.

my second pair! love these as they are, so comfy and just so easy to slip on.

Ouch

Want to love these and they are comfy…if you can get your foot in. TTS but hard to get foot in because the heel/back of boot. Hurts to put on, but I was told to wear them and it will break in and get easier to put them on. Ill see if this happens or will need to return them.

Not what I paid for.

I recieved a pair of the boots in a different size than the one I ordered. It looked like the boots had already been used and worn and then returned and this is what they delivered to me! The sales person whom I returned it to who was in-store confirmed that it looked worn and used! How disgusting when I was purchasing a NEW pair of boots and not a USED and WORN ONE! Shame on you Macy’s for doing this to me!

Love my uggs

I have always loved uggs classic boots and have purchased many pair over the years. I love the extra heel however I feel like im going to break my ankle you have to concentrate when you walk because one wrong step could be it.
