Don’t shop at Macys

Well, went with my granddaughter to buy her these Uggs. They didn’t have them at the store in the color she wanted. A totally disinterested salesclerk said they could be ordered and shipped. A week later I received a pair of Clark Loafers. My receipt shows the Uggs we wanted. When I called customer service they said they were no longer available. Now they want me to ship those unwanted loafers back to them

Super Comfortable but getting them on was a workout

Color was awesome. The warmth and comfort once I got them on were amazing. So why not 5 stars? I could not get them on. Literally the struggle was real. I resorted to a shoe horn and that didn't help. I spend a good 20 minutes trying to get them on before I gave up. I was petrified I was going to rip the loop on the back off. Tried again the next day and got one on after 10 minutes. Finally on the fourth try, three days later I got both on. It has been a little easier each time. And no, they are not to small. They fit comfortably when on, it was just a nightmare getting them on.
