Love the shoes .

No Ugggg Response With These Uggs!

Never received

I never received the boots. Called customer service and he said he will send out a replacement and should receive in a few days. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received it. Call Macy again. Now he said I was refunded for the boots but I did not receive an email indicating a refund. Online acct still listed the boots as being sent. Does not show on acct that a refund was issued. Such an inconvenience having to keep following up with them. Everything else arrived except the most expensive item on the order is missing 🤦🏽‍♀️
