Alarm tag

The earmuffs were perfect. However they came with the alarm tag which was extremely hard to take off. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like returning it and going through the whole process. I should’ve listen to the others and their reviews that were saying the same thing but I gave it the benefit of doubt. Very inconvenient. As I do understand holiday season gets very busy it is still someone’s responsibility to correctly pack the orders & make sure items don’t have alarm tags. Do better please. & if you’re thinking of ordering them good luck I hope the same doesn’t happen to you.
