No money return

My order was canceled and I didn’t receive money back. So that’s my experience of buying in Macy’s :)

Better Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit is great! But I wish there were better institutions on how and why to use each part of the kit. I looked up YouTube videos to see how others use them.

Does the work ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the kit on one of my suede shoes. The insoles look much cleaner though they don’t look completely clean, the suede part of my shoe also looks overall “refreshed” but not as clean as I had liked. I like the kit overall, will try it on another pair of less dirtier shoes and see how it goes.
