Totally awesome

Bluetooth Non-functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was given my first pair as a gift and the bluetooth features were completely broken and did not function whatsoever. I exchanged them for new pairs on two separate occasions hoping the bluetooth would work and sadly not a single pair had functioning bluetooth. That is a total of THREE pairs that would not even turn on. For the price of these earmuffs, that is incredibly disappointing. I am a fan of UGG products but in this case, UGG really needs to improve the quality and ensure that these products ACTUALLY function as advertised. I would not purchase these again and would not recommend them.

Do any of these actually work???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have placed 3 separate orders for these headphones and none of them have been able to connect via Bluetooth. They are soft and warm but all arrived defected. Too pricey to keep and use as only ear warmers.

Great only when they work

I purchased 4 of these and only one of them was able to turn on to connect to bluetooth. This is a beautiful, soft and warm earmuff but the recipients of these gifts were very disappointed! 2 replacements were defective as well.
