They seem like they were used already. They were the floor sample it looks like. Would have preferred brand new.

Wrong shoes were sent in the box not what I ordered. I had to spend one hour trying to get the right color replaced with your customer svc and I was not offered any discount or compensation as an apology. Does not want me to shop with Macy again nor recommend it
