These were perfect fit and are extremely comfortable except for one thing they need a little more arch support

wrong shoes in shoe box!

I purchased 2 pair of these shoes 1 size 10 1 size 11 both green was sent 2 different styles. 1 was correct 1 was different color cheaper style! So aggravated I am older disabled and have been a loyal customer for over 35 years. What happened to quality control? I bought these for gifts, just want what I ordered!!
