Awful quality and UGG wont honor their warranty

Awful experience with UGG. These boots lasted 11 months before the sole began to fall off. I purchased the boots Jan 31 2024 and the sole fell off Jan 1 2025. UGG has a one year warranty, so I submitted a warranty claim. Ugg denied the claim because they said it is outside the warranty coverage period. I called and pointed out that the boots were 11 months old and should be within the warranty but the Customer service rep was rude and refused to listen to my story. Do not buy ugg shoes because they won't even stand by their warranty.

Wrong color

I had ordered the color stout and they had sent me the other color version of this shoe. I was very sad when i had received it.
