Lot of work, Ok results.

Quite a bit of work and a little messy. We didn't have the best results from this. It took a lot of constant rolling/shaking and then when finally done the ice-cream was frozen on the sides but not in the middle still. I suggest if you do this, once you're done remove all the ice and salt from the bottom section and run some warm water over the inside there to partially melt the ice cream off the sides of the container so you can get it out more easily.
