GREAT PRODUCT! Crispy goodness on a whole new leve

First off, this thing is HUGE—big enough to cook an entire rotisserie chicken, a mountain of fries, and probably a small turkey if you tried hard enough. The digital touch screen is super sleek, and the pre-set cooking modes make it ridiculously easy to use. But let’s talk about the real reason we’re all here: the CRISP. I threw in some frozen fries, set it to max crisp mode, and in minutes, they came out restaurant-quality—golden brown, crunchy outside, soft inside. Same with wings. Looks great but haven't been able to use

Received the product as a gift and it stopped working before I could even use it - in the first two weeks. I am just about to claim the warranty to request a replacement, and I am hoping the company will do it

Died after single use
