Faulty Parts

After a few use, the spring mechanism that holds the water tank malfunction and would leak while using the steamer

So very disappointed!

i purchased this steamer for my daughter in January, but she already has one so I kept it for myself although I also have a very nice steamer. I finally used it today and not only does the water tank flood the back of it, the tank itself keeps becoming detached and l no matter how little water I use.. I am past the date of returning it so I am stuck with it. I have a different product from this brand that works fine which is why I purchased this one. So very disappointing. Wow.

Weak Steam

Expected more of this little steamer. Not much steam comes out and seems the water container don’t properly snap I to the base. Perhaps that is the problem with the weak steam. Only reason why I kept was the size, that I do dig. Even with little steam I make it work “old school” towel over head/face over the light steam

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This steamer is terrible. It doesn’t even work? Very confused. Idk why this product has 5 stars. Honestly it was probably a paid promotion.

I bought this product after reading all the lovely 5 star 🌟 reviews. This product is absolutely trash. I tried few times different ways but no steam at all. I can see it's getting heat up and can feel the heat but dang it no steam. Returning soon. Thx. I do not recommend this product at all.
