So far so good!

Still working on determining the best amount of tea bags for our desired taste but the machine has worked great from the start to quickly steep and brew a pitcher of tea!

Nice to have hot coffee

Enjoying this warming mug. Just purchased my second one as the coating on the bottom of my first one started to peel Not sure if was because of stirring with a spoon and scratching to bottom. Had it for some time and used daily. Still works but purchased a new one because of the coating wearing off.
