Highly disappointed

I purchased the unit from a local home store and believed that I was getting a great deal. I purchased the machine on sale and unfortunately it was buy as is no return only to discover upon opening it up and attempting to use it. It never created ice. Dissatisfied that I never had an opportunity to use it.
